What You Can Contact Us About
Our support team handles questions about video processing, account access, billing, and refunds. We aim to respond to most inquiries within one business day. When reporting a technical issue, include your account email, the video format, and a brief description of what went wrong so we can investigate faster.
For enterprise or partnership inquiries, let us know your expected monthly volume, required turnaround time, and any custom features you need. We offer tailored plans for agencies, production studios, and platforms that need bulk processing or API access.
You can also visit our for endpoint documentation, authentication guides, and code examples before reaching out.
Business and high-volume work
If you need more throughput than the standard credit packs allow — an agency clearing a backlog, a property firm processing listing footage, a platform handling user uploads — email support@markremoverai.com and describe the volume and turnaround you need. We price this case by case rather than from a fixed tier.
There is no self-serve public API at the moment. Larger jobs are arranged directly with us over email. If a programmatic endpoint is what you are after, say so in your message — it helps us judge the demand, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you today rather than sell you a roadmap.
Before you write in about a failed video
Most rejected uploads come down to one of the published limits, so it is worth checking these first:
- Length. Object removal accepts clips up to 90 seconds. Longer footage is refused before any credit is spent.
- Frame rate. Up to 60fps. High-speed footage above that has to be conformed first.
- Credits. A credit is charged when a render finishes, not when it starts, so a failed job should not cost you anything. If one did, that is a refund and we will process it — include the date and your account email.
Removal quality depends on what sits behind the object. A subject moving across a steady background reconstructs cleanly; something occluding a face, dense text, or a reflection is much harder, and no tool in this category solves that reliably yet. If a specific clip came out poorly, send it over and we will tell you whether it is fixable or a genuine limit of the model.
Who runs MarkRemoverAI
MarkRemoverAI is a small independent operation, not a large company — one person builds and runs it, and support replies come from that same person rather than a ticket queue. Reaching a human is the whole point of the address above.
The object removal runs on our own infrastructure using open-source models — Meta's SAM 2 for tracking what you selected across frames, and ProPainter for reconstructing the background behind it. Your footage is processed on GPUs we rent for the job. We do not sell your videos, train models on them, or pass them to a third-party AI service.
Written and maintained by the MarkRemoverAI team. Questions about how any of this works are welcome at support@markremoverai.com.
